In addition to the standard Net30 office document processing solutions, NEPS also offers an annual tax form service. It's simple, fast and surprisingly inexpensive. Existing NEPS customers have the option of taking full advantage of their installed solution by choosing from our tax form services menu.
Customers can choose to receive W2 and 1099 templates at tax time. The templates are then merged with ERP tax data and output on the customer's own printer on inexpensive blank stock.
Alternatively, NEPS can accept the customer's data stream through our secure tax forms web site and provide back to the customer secure, ready to print PDFs of each form.
Additional services include an encrypted CD with the full set of tax forms for records and reprinting and fully-outsourced tax form production that includes printing, processing and mailing — all you do is provide the data.
