Available Positions:
The Enabled Print Solutions Programmer/Systems Analyst is highly creative, resourceful, self-motivated and knowledgeable about NEPS applications and the programming, scripting and design conventions behind them. He or she will have advanced knowledge of MS Visual Basic (.NET) and C (and/or C++) programming, and the ideal candidate will have familiarity with SQL query language programming and database management, form design, data mapping, and the associated applications and tools. This role will report to the Vice President of Systems Integration through the EPS Integration Technologies Manager. Although travel is not the core function of this role, the candidate should be prepared to travel, as needed, to assist with on-site installation and support. This is an entry/mid-level programmer/analyst position, experience is preferred, but we will train the right individual.
System Analyst Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with EPS Process Managers to develop customer solutions
- Develop new EPS interfaces and processes and modify existing EPS interfaces and processes as required
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide customer-facing support service
- Collaborate with coworkers to develop creative solutions to difficult customer issues
- Perform Quality Assurance testing with an eye on programming issues
- Minimum B.S. in Computer Science or other related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Visual Basic (.NET), and C/C++ programming
- Proficiency in Web Development technology (ASP)
- Proficiency SQL programming and database Management
- Experience with GUI development and design is desirable
- AS400 environment familiarity is desirable
- Experience with digital form template development and design is desirable
- IT experience is desirable including: Clustering,Virtual Server technology
